- Concept property cho `level`, `chapter-id`, `chapter-code`, `section-id`, `type-code`, `leaf`, `child-count`
### Cách dùng trong VN Core
- Khi coding trong resource FHIR, vẫn ưu tiên `system = http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/icd-10`
- Dùng metadata wrapper này để biết phạm vi dữ liệu ICD-10 VN đã được chuẩn hóa trong release hiện hành
- Khi cần tra cứu hoặc import toàn bộ dữ liệu FHIR JSON, dùng release download surface thay vì public IG page

- Validator/FHIR server: dùng file FHIR JSON đầy đủ `CodeSystem-vn-icd10-cs.full.json` trên release download surface
