Profile AllergyIntolerance cho ghi nhận dị ứng và bất dung nạp tại Việt Nam. Sử dụng SNOMED CT IPS Terminology (miễn phí, CC-BY-4.0) cho mã hóa chất gây dị ứng. Việt Nam không có bộ mã dị ứng quốc gia — SNOMED CT IPS cung cấp ~15.000+ concepts bao gồm substances, pharmaceutical products, allergens. Căn cứ: TT 13/2025/TT-BYT (bệnh án điện tử), Luật KCB 2023.
