Căn cứ: QĐ 4469/QĐ-BYT (28/10/2020) — ICD-10-VN, QĐ 98/QĐ-BYT (2022) — bổ sung COVID-19, QĐ 130/QĐ-BYT (2023), sửa đổi bởi QĐ 4750/QĐ-BYT (2023) và QĐ 3176/QĐ-BYT (29/10/2024).
